Aqua Sound Bath
You will stay dry!
This is a deeply immersive sound experience using crystal singing bowls, gong and Tibetan bowls which I play continuously for a full hour to gently guide you into a profound state of relaxation - all while floating (remaining dry) on your own airbed.
You don’t need to bring anything - just wear light, comfy clothing. Airbeds, blankets, pillows, and eye masks are all provided. You’ll gently drift around the pool, guided by the sound, with essential oil aromatherapies enhancing the sensory experience. My partner, Simonne, will be in the water at all times to ensure you drift freely and remain supported throughout the session.
The space is intentionally designed to create a consistent, uninterrupted soundscape that allows your body and mind to truly let go, without sudden shifts that may jolt you out of rest.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by ambient music and calming aromatherapy to help you settle in. Once everyone is comfortable, we begin with a few deep, grounding breaths to ease tension and bring awareness into the body. The bowls and gong begin softly, gradually building in intensity as the session progresses. Their harmonic tones wash over you, helping to still the mind and calm the nervous system.
After the final sounds fade, we hold a few minutes of silence, giving you space to simply be — to feel the stillness and soak in the experience. To gently bring you back into the space, Tibetan bowls, wind chimes, or handpan are introduced, followed by some deep breaths to close as we began.
Soundbaths Beyond the Pool
For spaces beyond the water, I offer immersive soundbath sessions designed to deliver the same depth of relaxation on land.
You’ll rest on comfortable airbeds, supported by proper pillows and light, cosy blankets, with ambient lighting and aromatherapy. Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and a crystal harp, each session is carefully shaped to help the nervous system settle and the body soften.
These sessions take place in calm, welcoming spaces such as church halls, gym wellness rooms, and yoga studios. Everything is provided, allowing you to arrive, lie down, tune in, and zone out.
Each session is designed to meet you where you are — no experience required, just space to rest and listen. The same intentional pacing and musical structure runs through each unique session, offering a consistent sense of calm and care wherever the soundbath takes place.
NEW: The Sensory Session
The Sensory Session
A newly designed immersive soundbath that blends quadraphonic ambient soundscapes with live soundbath instruments — creating a continuous, evolving listening journey.
How It Works
This is a structured listening session.
The experience begins with Soma-inspired rhythmic breathwork, gently guided and supported by the pulses of taikos, tablas, didgeridoos, and melodic percussion. These grounding rhythms help settle the body and focus the mind, easing you into the journey ahead.
From there, the soundworld slowly opens out:
- A tropical beach soundscape
- A vivid jungle environment that evolves from day into night
- Deeper nocturnal tones and textures
- A gradual return to the beach with distant thunder and subtle drumming
Alongside these evolving environments, you’ll hear long, sustained tones from live instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and crystal harp, blending seamlessly with the ambient soundscape.
Atmosphere is central to the experience. In addition to sound, the session is enhanced with aromatherapy and carefully designed lighting, with the lighting gradually shifting to reflect the changing mood and movement of the sound journey.
What Makes it Different
Ben is a trained musician with a background in music performance and music production, composing soundscapes and shaping each session like a carefully crafted musical work — with attention to tone, structure, balance, and acoustic clarity.
The aim is simple: sound, space, and vibration working together to guide the body into a deeply settled state.
