Zen with Ben Sound Academy Level 1 Training
Level 1 Overview
Level 1 develops the technical and musical foundations of the Zen with Ben Method. You’ll work on bowl setup, striking, circling, rhythm, beats and bars, the C major scale, intervals, ear training and the six-bar practice framework.
Assessment
To complete Level 1, you’ll complete a short knowledge check and a 10–15 minute practical assessment.
You can submit an unlisted YouTube or shareable Google Drive link through the assessment form, or complete your practical assessment live during one of your 1-to-1 sessions.
