Learn to Facilitate Sound Baths with Musical Confidence
Join me for a two-day, in-person Level 1 & 2 Sound Bath Practitioner Training weekend at The Yoga Factory in Southend-on-Sea.
My approach makes sound bath facilitation practical, musical and intentional. We’ll explore how harmony, rhythm, structure, dynamics and texture can help you move beyond guesswork and create sound baths that feel considered, calming and cohesive.
This is a hands-on weekend designed to give you the knowledge, techniques and confidence to begin facilitating your own sound baths.
No previous musical experience is required.
What You’ll Learn
Across the two days, we’ll work practically with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sound bath instruments, developing the musical foundations behind a well-structured session.
Harmony
Understand how notes work together, build simple chords and choose combinations intentionally.
Rhythm & Pacing
Learn to use pulse, timing, repetition and space to give your sessions structure and flow.
Technique & Dynamics
Develop control over striking, circling, volume, resonance and decay.
Structure & Transitions
Learn how to build a complete sound bath and move naturally between instruments without the session feeling random.
Practical Facilitation
Put everything together through guided, hands-on practice so you can develop your own confident approach.
Your Two-Day Training Includes
Level 1 & Level 2 Practitioner Training
Complete both levels across one immersive, practical weekend.
Hands-On Training
Learn through demonstration, guided exercises and practical playing rather than theory alone.
Full Sound Bath Structure
Work towards bringing everything together into a complete, structured sound bath.
Accredited Certification
Complete the training and receive your Level 1 & 2 Sound Bath Practitioner certification.
Ongoing Support
Your learning doesn’t have to stop when the weekend finishes. You’ll have access to ongoing support and opportunities to continue developing your practice with me.

It’s suitable if you’re:
- Completely new to sound baths and want to learn from the foundations up.
- Already facilitating but want more understanding of harmony, rhythm, structure and musicality.
- A yoga teacher, meditation practitioner or wellbeing professional looking to incorporate sound into your existing work.
- A musician or creative interested in applying musical principles within sound bath practice.
You don’t need any previous musical training. I teach the musical concepts from the ground up and, importantly, show you how to actually apply them to the instruments.
